Corporate Social Responsibility is theform of action adopted by companies to conduct their activity in a sustainable and ethical manner, reducing the negative impact that companies have on their stakeholders (customers, employees…), the environment and society in general.

As it is a cooperative organization, corporate social responsibility in the Tajo Group is comprehensive and is structurally integrated. We are convinced that through sustainable management we can contribute to the generation of wealth and the development of our surroundings, while taking care of the environment.

This Policy is applicable to all workers, directors and members of the administrative bodies of TAJO GROUP, including inactive partners and collaborating partners, and refers to individual and/or joint actions carried out by or on behalf of TAJO GROUP. This Policy will include all the activities, processes and relationships established by TRAJO GROUP and its workers, at all levels, whether they are formally drawn up by contract, policy, procedure or similar, or whether they are applied through custom or habitual practice.

Supplier development

Tajo Group works together with its suppliers in the application of responsible practices, improving sustainability standards and optimizing the performance of the entire supply chain in the different stages of the product life cycle.

Environmental Responsibility

Tajo Group, aware of the importance of reconciling the development of its activity with the protection of the environment, undertakes to minimize its environmental impact as much as possible. To this end, it will work to reduce emissions, save energy and promote the use of renewable energies.

Tajo Group will ensure the responsible consumption of resources, focusing on the reduction of waste, proper use of water and its control, and responsible management of all chemical products used.
